Where could I find the data sheet for a Feranti rectifier ZR 30-C ?

Have you tried searching on "Ferranti" rather than "Feranti"?

Is this a solid state stud rectifier if so it seems to be:


ZR30C is a silicon diode, U = 50V, I = 30A, (on Heatsink)
