Someone might take this on, you need to post here;
https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...play.php?f=145

But please note this will be a 110 Volt System M (525 line, 60Hz) and that you will
need a vhf modulator and standards converter to display program material in the UK.
This represents a significant additional cost.

There is a forum member on here who restored one a while back I was going to buy it but then Covid hit and we lost touch.
Maybe he can help you if he sees this post.

I have one, too, the blond Pedastal-version.
The CRT is a troublemaker, has only some 2-3 Volts heater voltage and
is shorter than a AW 53-88 (If we talk about a 21" version).
The other troublemaker is the flyback transformer.....

To mount a AW 53-88 it is possible, to add some extensions on the rear
of the CRT housing.

Here are free Philco schematics:

If this TV is monochrome is a standards converter necessary?
I would think just adjust the V-hold to lock as required to 50Hz / 625.

Obviously a suitable modulator required with audio +4.5MHz

There's a chap on YouTube who has covered these sets extensively.
