Default Electrolytic Smoother in Parallel

Whilst working on a TV62 I pondered the above due to lack of a suitable replacement (a forum member is sending me one to get me going)

Can in question is a 100+100+200

I have read a few Archive threads regarding "series capacitors" and the inherent differing resistances and leakage issues, Is this the same for parallel?

I found a source of 100+100 and thought that 3 of these would work, 1 satisfying the first requirement and 2 in parallel satisfying the other.

Is this still fraut with the same issues?

Chris

Electrolytics in parallel cause no problem at all.

You only need two (cans) of these, one to give the 100uF + 100uF, the second with both sections strapped in parallel to give 200uF.
