Assuming you're serious, I am all ears. How do we put an MK14 on the internet?
I certainly do wish Karen had the same hardware in front of her as we do, as I'm convinced that if she did, she would instinctively know what the problem is.
We are incredibly grateful for what Karen has managed to do so far in, as you say, the most pressing circumstances imaginable. The remaining problem is one which, in microprocessor terms, only occurs once in a geological age, so accumulating exact information about the cause and effect is proving difficult.
