As I mentioned in post 14 the TV22A differs considerably from the earlier TV22s mainly in a completely different upper deck. The octal valves have gone to be replaced with the Mullard B9A World series. The LOPT is much improved and mounted on the left of the chassis.
A quick glance over the back reveals a very small Laurel and Hardy style bowler hat to replace the earlier box affair.
These pictures were scanned from the 1954 makers service manual.
The Dulwich museum has a good working example. John.
