I will do a more quantitive analysis of the current situation specifically:
1. How long after PIC bus release to NENIN high.
2. How long after NENIN low before the PIC starts to drive the bus.
I will also look again at the SC/MP datasheet to see if any timing constraints surrounding NENIN can be established.
