Default Re: New SC/MP II system

I think one of the reasons National ported Tiny BASIC to SC/MP and came up with NIBL so early was that programming the SC/MP for large applications was so complex, and the intended use of the SC/MP for industrial control made the page-structured BASIC code approach more attractive to customers wanting to control hardware. Without a seperate minicomputer and cross-assembler, creating large programs on a SC/MP system is problematic. and some applications wouldn't warrant the purchase of a seperate minicomputer. NIBL enabled the deveopment system hardware to be somewhat interactive in itself.
