I don't know the meaning of the beep sequence, but can I make a quick suggestion which is to remove a memory card and try again. If no change, then put the card back and remove another. Keep doing this until all the memory cards have been swopped out once.

I have had computers where the symptoms you describe were due to a failed memory card.
