Calibrated crystals eh? 'Shielded' by a brass cup, addressing the negative effects of EMI & RFI? Mmmm, clever.
A calibrated crystal placed in each corner of the room would presumably make my AM sets useable again?, or, if the crystals are very efficient, block out what's left on the AM band rendering the radios display only items?
How often do those crystals need recalibrating anyway? No seriously, you have to ask these questions.
