Ignore my earlier post about using NPN for the HV current source, that would get complicated
There are a few P MOSFETS available up to 500V (SMC) but the only T0220 is at 400V
here. A combination PNP transistor and P-MOS cascode looks possible but its getting a bit complex. Is there no way of having an extra power rail ?
