The last valve/hybrid TV set I have seen in the shops of Germany was the Graetz Faehnrich in 1975:

I remember that I was a 15 years old boy and I went to the shops to have a look on the back of the TV sets to see whether it has still valves or not. Most of the TV sets became more and more solid state in these years.

In the U.S.A. the last valve TV set was the GE Portacolor in 1980:
