T3 to Regulator B is 0.5 ohms with continuity
T3 to Regulator C as above
T3 to ASTIC 5 as above
T3 to ASTIC 4 is 20.2 ohms with continuity

T3 to T19 is still absolutely nothing. Apart from the straps from T19/18/17/16, the only connection from T19 is a green wire going to a (I think) capacitor.
