A Telerection jobbie, inclined at 15 degrees as if it were sniffing the breeze for a trace of signal. They look impressive, however the reflector is a tad too short and the director a tad too long... I would lay a small wager that the junction box is cracked open as the alloy they used for the connections to the 'D' impedance links corrodes and expands and shatters the box.
