The tuner may not look all that nice but actually it's in good condition.
The HT divider resistors R6 and R7 (680Kohms) have risen in value to over 800Kohms so it will be good policy to replace them.
The local oscillator HT supply resistors R15 and R16 (6.8Kohms and 5.6Kohms) are well within tolerance so there is no point replacing them.
Found one badly soldered connection, the yellow wire to the base of the PCF80 FC.
