On a 5:4 aspect ratio CRT, such as this 19" one, you wouldn't normally see the left and right hand side test card castellations, as a degree of horizontal overscan is needed in order to make the test card circle truly circular. I suspect there is still a problem in the line timebase.

There is also some video foldover on the left hand side castellation area.

Even so, you have made good progress.
