Originally she held NENIN high most of the time but that was why the original firmware caused such a massive system slowdown, so in the optimised version NENIN is allowed to return low whenever it reasonably can, with impressive results in terms of system speed up. The current version of firmware slows the system down slightly LESS than the original SOC VDU.
