Would it not be easier to use a cheap 'tablet' computer [which will give you at least a 10-inch screen] and plug in something like a Now-TV USB receiver-stick?

[I don't know what you have as TV signals in your locality or where you might roam in your RV: roamers here in the UK generally use satellite-TV because it is more reliable when you're parked up in a distant/deep valley]
