Can't complain at £1.99 a time, it saves buying paracetamol!

The exact date isn't important. Something like "last year", "couple of years ago", "few years ago" or "several years ago" will be fine. It just shows that the business has been running for a long time and (hopefully...) has many satisfied customers over the years.

Current plan is three DVD-ROMS - vintage radio volume 2, vintage mono TV and vintage colour TV. I am nearing the end of scanning, it's just fitting it in amongst work for clients. The colour TV one is a bit lacking currently, but the mono/colour split is needed because there is more TV data than will fit on one disk.

They will probably just be disk-only versions (which is what over 90% of people order anyway), price the same as now for one disk and slight reductions for more than one on the same order. Small discount for those who already have the current DVD-ROM too. But that's not confirmed yet.

No specific timescale but I would like to get them released in time for Christmas, so by November.

I'm considering some sort of download option too, as a ZIP file (because some recent PCs and laptops don't have optical drives) but that will come later.

All manuals will also be available individually for Instant Download at the same price as now.

Just received an email that my review has been removed, I have sent them details of the purchase but it has soured my feelings for Trust Pilot. Have to see if it’s reinstated, trust goes both ways.
Still looking forward to the new DVD though.

I haven't had any emails from them about that. I will log in tomorrow and see if there's anything there. I'm new to Trustpilot too, so not sure of the details and acceptance criteria etc. There are still 24 reviews showing for me.

I think I have only used the quick download facility once, and of course purchased the DVD some years back. So long ago that I couldn't do an honest review at the moment.

It's hard to argue with an algorithm.

It's hard to see how ones rating on a customer review website would influence potential purchasers of this particular product.

sorry I dont trust trustpilot. I had a genuine honest (critical) review removed. Makes me wonder how often this happens.

(edit: was a review of a telecomms company)

Hi all.

What sort of computer browser do you all use, as when I go to Trustpilot they say we no longer support your browser please update your browser.

and they do not work. I have Windows XP with Google Chrome.
