Identify mystery video mixer?
2 Attachment(s)
Hi, I've just joined this forum since I'm hoping someone can help me identify this video mixer. I got it in a mixed ebay lot.
Even though I picked it up in London, it turns out this (and all the other video equipment I got with it) is NTSC. It doesn't really work properly, giving a very glitchy output. (Yes, I'm using it with other ntsc equipment) There's no model number or manufacturer anywhere on it, but there is a US address printed on the back: Quote:

Re: Identify mystery video mixer?
Its not one I recall having seen before, as it is NTSC you might be better posting on an American based forum?

Re: Identify mystery video mixer?
20516 Lorne, Taylor, Michigan was the address of Video Interface Products in 1986 - a Google Books search turns up magazine announcements of their "Hybrid-8" video dubbing controller and the "Video Interface Products Two-Camera Video Mixer (model Hybrid 1000, Camera Dissolve Unit)". So perhaps this is something in that series...
