Default AVO EA113 correct fuse?

I have two AVO EA113 meters, one works quite well and the other needs attention.

The poorly one contains two Brush 059-0111 3A fuses, one in service, the other spare. The working instrument contains one generic glass quick-blow fuse.

I haven't found a specification for the fuse in this meter, except for the 3A rating. Is it likely that the BS88 059-0111 fuse is a more suitable one, or can I fit any 3A 1ΒΌ" fuse?
