Default Gould OS255

Hi everyone.
I bought an oscilloscope gould os255 type, but i believe that it has some problem.
The first thing that i viewed is that the trace moves in position gnd, moving the voltage/division selector.
Other thing, i not succeed to stop the signal on video also moving the selector of the time in any position.
To read the frequency is impossible.
Furthermore the second trace is dead.
I not see it on video in any position of selector channel.
Anybody can give me some suggest for solve these problems.
If necessary i can post some pictures
Thanks everyone
