Default Re: Compact 4 way Mains Connector

I used to have one of the 4-in-a-line Masterplug strips (in white) wired to the output of my little UPS and used to power the ADSL router and the PC/monitor, because at the time the power supply here was flaky (overhead lines running through a forest . . ) and sometimes the power would fail several times a day so the poor ADSL never 'trained' properly.

I may well still have the strip and a couple of the plugs in the attic. These days rather than the Masterplug approach I'd use a multi-way IEC309 socket-strip instead - Dell do some nice ones: http://www.itinstock.com/dell-04t766...rip-7068-p.asp

I still have one of the master plug ones somewhere. Was used for 'the hifi' when it was all separates.
