Default Relay info

I'm replacing a relay in a power supply and the relay is marked ITT STJ 70 47d. Coil voltage seems to measure 60v.

I want to change it for a relay of the same coil voltage but higher rating, say 250v 10 amp. (I have been advised that the current relay is a bit light for the unit which drives my 1154).

I also intend to put wire wound resistors in series to limit inrush current.

Anyone got any advice on the relay?

Will something like this be a suitable replacement? http://docs-europe.electrocomponents...6b80fa75d8.pdf

I am not familar with that ITT relay.

The replacement relay appears to be OK to me although I would personally check the operating current / resistance (I often use relays for low voltage / current in which the coil resistance becomes more critical). From my experience the resistor for inrush current is more of an issue (ie power rating and heating effects / clearance to other components).

PTCs are better for limiting, such as https://en.tdk.eu/tdk-en/373562/tech...fe-side/761864
