Default Screw for GPO Tele 121 coil.

Help with the size and type of screws to hold the coil and capacitor in a GPO telephone 11. Can you plese help thanks

As far as I know all screws (apart from wood screws) in GPO Telephones had BA threads. They did have a habit of using odd sizes ie 1,3, 5, 7 BA though, which are more difficult to obtain.

Many thanks for your reply but the screws that hold the coil and capacitor are a wood screw I think?
