Default Philips N4510 R2R repair: M3 not spinning.

Hello.

I have this old N4510 that was from my father and I'm trying to rapair it. After finding some info online about this recorder I've started to dismantle it. First thing I noticed is that the M3 motor was not spinning. After checking the schematic I found the the Speed Control board as the culprit and found that some components where missing Maybe someone tried to repair it before me.

According to the latest schematics revision I've found for that circuit (1331 B/B) R7 was missing (and pin 8, the pin that should send "go" signal for M3 spinning, was always down as it was like disconnected) and R6 was missing too. I've soldered again those resistor but no luck, M3 doesnt receive 22V.

Any other hint?

Thanks.

If it was tampered with before maybe they tampered with other areas. For example where does the 22V supply come from? Are there missing or faulty parts there?

Sorry for the long delay, i got a cryptovirus and i lost all the schematics
and i cant find anymore 1331 B/B schematics.

Seems that no other component has been tampered (no sign of recent soldering or flux). +22 volt line seems ok.

When i put the speed controller into the board i've notice that a transister becomes very hot.
I'm a little maker guy and i dont like to deal with too much componenets i don't know they are working so now i want to replace the all components on the speed controller board and make a new one instead. I've redesigned the board in eagle cad and buying the parts from digikey. I keep you posted.
The biggest difficult is to redesign the pcb for the socket...any hint on the standard philips used? (that connector has even a standard?)
