Information about this Mitsubishi TV.
I have a mitsubishi ct2510b and have been trying to find info for a while now like a manual or catalouge with it in or something any help would be appreciated. Also kind of unrelated but I'm trying to find a better or bigger version of this mitsubishi. Cause there was a better model with a remote and perhaps different inputs, that I missed out on so if anyone has one for sale in scotland. or any mitsubishi console tv or an 80s 30+ inch screen mitsubishi if they made them here cause I haven't seen one please tell me. Sorry I went off topic but I'm really struggling to find 80s mitsubishi's sorry again.

Re: Information about this Mitsubishi TV.
30+ inch in the 1980's tended to be for the US American market, though some sets came out in Europe (in general, I'm not sure about Mitsubishi). That size is also somewhat into RPTV territory.
I think 32" (80cm) visible would have been the largest 4:3 CRT at the time. In the 1990's before 16:9 became popular, one or two manufacturers made 36" (94 cm) tubes. The usual model line up for sets like yours, would have been 21", 25", 28" (measured mounting hole to mounting hole, corresponding to the model numbers). Re: Information about this Mitsubishi TV.
The biggest TV usually encountered in the early 1980s in the UK was the Sony KV2704, a 27” model.

I recall these monster sets always seemed to suffer a little with geometry issues and dark corners, owing to how large they were!

Oh cool i'd love to find a mitsubishi similar to the one in that photo but I imagine they were uncommon when they were new nevermind now.
